Don’t know about Hokkaido but in Tokyo , free job offer from Hellowork ussually is bad , I mean real bad , your salary is much lower than everywhere else (800yen per hour vs 1200 yen per hour in 2016) , not only that , you will have a salary cut every month to pay back for the previous “free job offer” which is not really free ….Well , at least you still have a job , most likely from a black company that’s it
